We have renovated the "Villa Heidi" with much love for you and furnished it in a modern way. Since May 2018 you can expect a high-quality equipped holiday home for 22 persons on a 600m² large property. A spacious and bright lounge area on the 1st floor invites you to cook together and relax in the modern and very well equipped kitchen.
You can spend cosy evenings in the couch corner or in the comfortable and spacious dining area. Relax in front of the magnificent Hark fireplace or play and romp with the little ones in the adjacent playroom with its own flat screen TV and games table. On this very open and spaciously designed floor you will experience joyful hours together. There is enough space for everyone!
In the house 6 bedrooms and an attic with 2 sleeping areas invite you to dream. You sleep like on cloud nine in one of the 4 box spring beds, box spring permanent sleep couches or the comfortable double beds. 4 walk-in rain showers are available in comfortable modern bathrooms with underfloor heating (hairdryer available). There is also a separate guest WC on the ground floor.
You have the complete house with 380 sqm living space and a beautiful garden area with large real wood dining tables, matching sunshades and benches all to yourself. A large grill ensures that nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening. For our smallest guests we also have cots, high chairs, crockery, cutlery, bibs, baby bathtubs, pots and various toys available at no extra cost.

Included in the price are: Utilities (water, electricity), final cleaning, dishcloths, W-LAN, barbecue, firewood and lighter for your stay, cots, chairs and children's accessories, cleaning utensils and supplies, dishwasher tabs. Basic equipment toilet paper, wipe & way roll, spices, coffee, oil, vinegar. Children's toys and various board games, play table and books. Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property and along the road.

Linen packages can be booked in addition. These consist of: 1 large bath towel, 1 small towel and 1 x bed linen. This costs 15,00 Euro per person. Take advantage of our favourable conditions and save money for stays of 5 nights or more (5% credit for 5 nights, 10% credit for 10 nights).
Our kitchen is fully equipped and, according to our guests, leaves nothing missing. Villa Heidi is located 2 houses next to our holiday house Sauerzapf and directly next to house Siggi. For sledding, skiing, skating and hiking it is only a few minutes walk (Rathauswiese 50m, Wurmberg cable car 350m, ice rink 170m.) Restaurants, baker, butcher and other shops are within walking distance.
